Allocate Someone Special

We have all attended Weddings where time just seems to get away from us.
If you are the bride or groom expect to have your celebrant,priest,minister,reception host or hostess communicating
with you at any available opportunity seeking advice on how to “Get the Wedding back on schedule”.
This is often something usually out of our control and you must have some sort of back up plan to assist if a speech
does take longer or anything else has edged it’s way in and taken more time than expected.
Please be advised that sometimes this can cause chaos and a great deal of stress on the bride and groom-the last thing
you need to be thinking about is how to “buy back time”
You need to either have your Wedding Planner present on the night or allocate your bridesmaid,best man or a best friend before the Wedding and have them meet your celebrant,priest,hostess on the day and let them know if there is anything that need know about or communicate to regarding the Wedding that this is the person they speak with.
This will relieve the bride and groom of any unnecessary worry and more time to focus on what is important.
